Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account information — your email address and authentication details when you sign up.
• Images you upload — the property photographs you submit for editing, and the images the Service generates from them.
• Usage data — credit balance, generation history, plan and subscription status.
• Payment information — handled by Stripe. We receive a customer reference, subscription status and billing outcome. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Technical data — log data such as IP address, browser type and timestamps, used for security and troubleshooting.

2. How we use it

• To provide the Service — processing your images and returning generated results.
• To operate your account, allocate and deduct credits, and manage your subscription.
• To take payment and issue receipts.
• To respond to support requests.
• To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and meet legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your uploaded images to train our own AI models.

3. How your images are handled

Uploaded images are stored in a private storage bucket that is not publicly listable. To generate a result, we issue a short-lived signed link (valid for approximately ten minutes) and pass it to our AI processing provider so the model can read the image. Your uploads and generated images remain visible to you in your gallery until you delete them or your account is closed.

4. Service providers we share with

We use the following providers to run the Service. Each receives only what it needs, and each may process or store data outside Australia — including in the United States and other countries. By using the Service you consent to this disclosure.

• Supabase — database, authentication and image storage.
• Replicate — runs the AI models that generate images. Receives the signed image link and your chosen options.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing. Receives your email and payment details directly.
• Lovable / Cloudflare — application hosting and domain delivery.

5. Retention

We keep your account data and images while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or de-identify your images and account data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations — Australian tax records are generally kept for five years.

6. Security

We use access controls, row-level security on our database, encrypted connections, and private storage with time-limited signed links. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

7. Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data. Contact us at support@luminstage.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

8. Images of other people

Property photographs sometimes capture people. You are responsible for having any consent required before uploading images that identify individuals. Please avoid uploading images of people where their consent has not been obtained.

9. Cookies

We use cookies and similar browser storage that are necessary to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences such as light or dark theme. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and we will notify you of material changes.
